For purposes of discretion and privacy, all packages will have “AGB Inc.” listed in the return address, and all payments will also be processed as “AGB Inc.”
Select the shipping option you prefer once you are ready to check out. All domestic orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. We offer First Class 3-5 days, Priority 2-3 days, or Express mail 1-2 days within the continental US. We also offer United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air if you would like. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so if you select Next Day Air delivery, we must have a physical street address. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are sent via USPS. As well as any shipments to a PO Box, APO or FPO address within the United States will also be sent via the USPS.
Although our carriers are normally very reliable, we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by UPS or USPS. If a package is lost in transit, we will trace the package for you. If the package still cannot be located after the trace, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost to you.
We are happy to ship international orders to Canada and all around the world. All international orders will be shipped with USPS. Every country has different importing fees and/or taxes. We have no way to calculate or predict these costs. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
Priority International shipping provides a tracking number, but only tracks your order to the Port of Export here in the USA. After that, the package goes to your country’s Customs Department for inspection and then finally to your daily local mail service for delivery to you.
Express International shipping provides a tracking number that allows you to follow to the entire transit progress of your order from our door here, through Customs, and to your door.
